These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the site vondrux.com and the digital services offered by Vondrux Capital S.A.S. in the Republic of Argentina. By browsing the site or creating an account, you accept the terms described below, which have been drafted in 2026 to reflect the regulatory framework in force for crowdfunding and investor protection.
vondrux.com is operated by Vondrux Capital S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71892456-7, registration number IGJ 152,804, with legal domicile at Av. Reyes Católicos 1247, floor 4, A4400 Salta, Argentina, authorized by the National Securities Commission through Resolution 998/2024 to act as a Collective Financing Platform.
The Platform facilitates the connection between real-estate developers and individuals or entities interested in financing projects, through secured loan contracts, assignment of rights or fiduciary participation. Vondrux does not offer guarantees of profitability and does not act as a bank, financial entity or mutual fund manager.
You may operate if you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, tax residency in Argentina or an eligible country, and pass the KYC/AML processes required by UIF regulations in force in 2026. Vondrux reserves the right to reject registrations that do not meet regulatory standards.
Every real-estate investment carries risks, including partial or total loss of capital, developer default and macroeconomic impact. We recommend reading each project's documentation and, where appropriate, consulting independent professional advisors before making decisions.
The site content, including texts, trademarks, logos, renders and plans, is property of Vondrux Capital S.A.S. or of its licensors. Its reproduction, distribution or modification is forbidden without prior written authorization.
Communications sent from the registered email accounts will be deemed valid and reliable between the parties. You can modify your communication preferences at any time from your user panel or by writing to soporte@vondrux.com.ar.
We may suspend or cancel accounts in case of regulatory breach, misuse of the service or well-founded requests from competent authorities. In those cases we will preserve each investor's balances and facilitate the recovery of funds according to each project's terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. In case of any controversy, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Salta, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
